Registration

Purchase and Download (does not apply to free add-ins)

1. Select one or multiple add-ins by clicking the "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now" buttons

2. Check the appropriate box and click "Update Cart"

3. Click the "View Cart" button to finalize selection of the add-ins to be purchased

4. You will be taken to a secure () site to process your payment by credit card
   (for security and convenience - we use the PayPal system)

5. After successful payment you will be provided a link to download your add-in installation file plus a unique PRK ('Product Registration Key') (proof of purchase)
   (this PRK will also be emailed to you at the email address you have provided)

Installation

5. Download the add-in installation file to your system and then double-click the exe file to install. (Note: the add-in will be installed to the currently running version of Excel. Installation on multiple versions of Excel on a single system is allowed)

Get Verified (if required)

(Please note - add-ins are single license only and can only be registered on one system at any time per purchase)

7. Verification is often required before you can use an Excel Expert add-in
   Select the Excel Expert menu and navigate to your new add-in and click Register

8. If you are connected to the internet, you can register automatically via Excel

   You may be required to enter...
        *Your Product Registration Key (provided in your email)
        *Your Email address used during purchase

   If you cannot register automatically simply visit the Registration page on our website and provide your details...

9. You will then be registered and provided your Verification Code by email as confirmation

Unregistration (free add-ins do not require unregistration)

Remove Verification

1. Choose the 'Unregister' menu item and confirm you wish to remove the Verification Code

Unregister

2. Fill in the 'Unregister' form displayed and click the button for 'Automatic Unregistration'

   1. If there are difficulties unregistering automatically - please contact us at excelexpert@excelexpert.com

3. You will be provided a confirmation code of unregistration by email

Re-register

4. After completing these steps - you may re-register your add-in on another system
